monkeyfrog - maybe you can help with a oil question

Phoenix is buying these oil holdings that little is known about. Any idea what PBLS is paying up front for the 5 million reserve? Any contacts that are familiar with the geographical locations and their potential. Also not familiar with their recovery method do you have any insight on the method.

Sorry for a long series of questions, but would appreciate any insight you can share.

Also, I think short term the stock price goes where management wants it to go. For now the trend is down with a miillion shares equal to $27,000. A sizeable cash position can easily walk this higher and it's likely just a matter of time.
