In reality, the company should be commended for recognizing and slapping that deal down as quickly as they did. That prevented the deal from ever being executed. That large block of shares would have been dumped on investors, creating the false appearance that the company was to blame (dilution). CEO Al, Joe and others in the company did a great job of protecting EXPU shareholders from what would have been an ugly situation. In the end, thanks to the company and it's officers .... the only thing that transpired was an unsigned document with blank lines. LOL! Awesome!
