Finally got in touch with LT last night on the phone. He said they had some problems with the bank giving them the wrong statements or what not. He said the 10Q was just about ready to be filed, and said there was no reason it shouldn't be filed today.

Hope this is the case. I don't want the dreaded "E" to come back. GLTA
