I understand BORK has US patents but do they have international patents to protect Kryron in China and can BORK assert themselves in court to prevail? If the Chinese steal the formulation of Kryron then expect Chinese companies will provide their military with Kryron(C) vests and helmets.
Supplying Kryron in powder form is very unwise if BORK does not have adequate protection. We analyze such material in our university labs on a regular basis with excellent results. If no chemical reactions have taken place this is an easy task.
Are there other possible motivations for Mr. Fisher's participation? Your post and my research indicates that if there is a scam going on it is by the Chinese. Why did BORK ignore signs that JBT Electronics is not a real and active LED company?
If I have the right company, JBT Electronics Technology Co., LTD, and they are a large active LED manufacturer, how do I make sense of the following: Website http://www.jbtled.com/en/page.php?id=1 , under the news tab, all news items are dated 2/24/2011 as you pointed out in your post and looking under project tab, all job release dates are 3/2/2011 and the copyright for the webpage ended in 2011. I don't know if these jobs are employment positions or performance jobs but no matter. I am not feeling the light from JBT Electronics.
I don't see any wrong doing on BORK's part. Mr. Fisher and the Chinese may be a different story. If Mr. Fisher is compensated by the Chinese for getting delivery of Kryron powder to China for other than LED heatsink production it will be near impossible to prove down the road. If BORK does not have patent protection in China and the ability to assert their rights then the Chinese can do whatever they want.
My concern is establishing the probability of BORK becoming a successful company and providing a good return on investment. I first heard about BORK when the demise of the CEO, John Bourque, was in the local paper. The price is good, the management recovery was good, and the potential products are excellent. However, if the Chinese steal the Kryron formulation, and BORK makes it easy for them to do so, then BORK may not be a good investment. The I-BOX Information only contains patents for US and Europe. Are there any for China?
Oops! just caught this one while looking for Chinese patents.
The I-BOX also contains reference to a partnership with Sichuan Aerospace for "next generation power lines". This generates questions and facts that don't make sense. Did BORK already supply Kryron powder to Sichuan Aerospace without patent protection? Fact - http://www.basaltfiber.com.cn/English/news.asp , the last news posted was 9/13/2010. This company also may have stopped operations in 2010. Are the Chinese using old defunct companies to con BORK out of the Kryron formulation? Have they already been successful?
I would appreciate any additional facts on the BORK/Chinese business relationships including what China patents may apply. I am only looking for facts and references - not opinions. I apologize if I missed relevant facts in previous posts. I limited reading to the last couple of months. There are many informative posts but the noise is deafening.
Thanks in advance for your help.
