International Areas of Operation

Llanos Basin, Colombia. In the Llanos Basin, Colombia, we hold interests in (1) a 345,452 acre concession known as the CPO 4 Concession.

We hold a direct assignment in the CPO 4 Concession through the Agency de National Hydrocarbon in Colombia.

Northern Putumayo Basin, Colombia. In the Northern Putumayo Basin, we hold interest in three concessions. We hold interest in (1) an 110,769 acre concession known as the Serrania concession, (2) the Los Picachos Concession covering approximately 86,235 acres, and (3) the Macaya Consession covering approximately 195,201 acres. These combined areas represent almost 400,000 adjacent acres in the Northern Putumayo Basin. Houston American Energy holds a 12.5% working interest in each of these areas.
