Educate me....

THC-less from Israel....

Can anybody clarify this for me...My understanding has always been the difference between cannabis and hemp was the absence (or very low %)of THC in hemp...So why not just grow hemp... high in cbd and short on THC....Same thing with Ruderalis... Seems to be a lot about nothing....Thoughts?
