Well I see what they needed the R/S for now and firmly believe they will find a way to get enough votes for it, very interesting. Remember this is the OTC market....I've seen stocks run up on worse fundamentals, CERP may be in dire straights and run by absolute numbskulls in mgm't but they are at least trying to right the ship according to recent revenue PR's.

Either way I am staying in until support levels start to break or very modest upside targets are hit, will be out well in advance of this entire vote debacle.
