cost reductions for Medicare and Medicaid Spend as well as the
European government spending issues that are causing civil disruption in their streets.
Nor does he mention the American Corporations that will be moving its service industry workers into the Gov't ACA Program..

Walgreens, in this snake oil sales mans words has become the savior of medical services, Kitty litter SCANS included, and will be out-pacing US gov't growth projections of 1.5 to 2%, he is in the Wading pool of > 3.5% or more as Walgreens CFO has booked his latest Investor triangulation tail in the City of London.
He is Clueless on the Medical Sector to say the least.

Walgreens has stated they will not update Investors on returning Esrx customers, a few Smart Investors also Know the Tricare Plan is not returning into Walgreens network as of today..
