The principals of NTMG:

Name Title Age
Carman Parente Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Secretary and Director 59

Board Members - Nt Mining Corp (NTMG)
Name Primary Company Age
Carman Parente NT Mining Corporation 59
Naiel P. Kanno iPackets International, Inc. --
J. Roland Vetter Andover Mining Corp. 61

Yep, some serious inbreeding . Have we heard of Carman Parente in an iPackets connection? . not that I recall

If any consolation NTMS was down 45% today to 0.0011 with 800K shares trading.

Here's a short vid on NT Mining's many predecessors - by name and enterprise.

Sure looks like a shell for all seasons . If what i see in the past charts is true the share price was $140 at one time but there may be some unaccounted for splits in there.

If there is something to the mining communications technology we used to own and if NT Mining is the current marketing arm then the only way to take part may be to hold one's nose and buy in but sure looks like someone is making another run with same old template - start from nowhere, catch a wave and get out at the crest with the gimmick of the moment being ipTerra and underground, hard rock mine safety communications gear.

The NT Mining past is not reassuring about their intent.

We've been had - pretty clear. But I do wonder why Roland Vetter would need or want to keep the tie with empty shell IPKL by becoming CEO?

Tangled webs - everybody wears multiple hats in the penny stock arena.

Oh good Lord - just found this:

Don't get too used to NT Mining - it's soon to become Sanwire Corporation along with a 1 to 50 reverse split and increase of authorized shares from 500k to 750K after the split.

The effective date could have been today, 2/20/2013, or any later date "advantageous to investors". Sound familiar? New name, reverse split to make 0.001 into a more presentable looking 0.05 stock and increase the authorized shares by 50%.

I've been to this movie before.
