I agree the R/S will happen. It was voted down once but they probably devised a way for it to pass this time around. However, I don't see the price crashing ahead of the meeting, chart looks to good and is holding fantastic technically, obviously if it starts to break down below a few support levels I'd be very concerned, don't see it happening, I think there is room to run ahead of the vote but I've been wrong before.....maybe that one time.....LOL!
