Correct me if I am wrong as I was living in Hawaii and didn't pay attention to weather too much as it was always perfect there.

Wasn't PA hit with the bad snow storm? If yes would that not explain their progress issues with regard to road conditions? I know they are about to get hit with snow again. That is bound to slow things down as well.

Got into trading to help support the habit of spending money on my toys.
