To be honest, my play going in is two folds. One is the NOLs which I now agree with most here are toast because of the discharge. My second play is the PERspectus. There is a lot in the PERspectus but my main play here is the guarantee PLUS PLUS and I think I have to underline this one PLUS and color this one PLUS and Italic this one PLUS one more for the road in bold PLUS the "NON discharge clause."

With that said the new reorg Lehman EXITING BK net discharge should have at least 9-10 billion in il liquid assets and appreciating according to my DD. That Lindagoober is not counted in distributable assets....go figure...devil
