This management is pretty cagy. They sold all of their inventory (to a nobody). They increased their assets thru stock ownership (what is the stock worth).

They are no longer in jeapordy of the Fed (no inventory only a stock ownership/management company).

Dilution thru these acquisitions is too high. Management made many $.
