I think funding has to happen. Why would they want to blow their big order the signed last year? The lenders know this is a clean deal and the power company wants their coal. Unfortunately VHGI had some challenges with the previous ownership and now that's in the past.

I say load up. Why not make a score before the currency goes poof! But seriously, down side is a half a cent, up side is few bucks when things turn around........go for it. Most of you are going to blow the money on some other crap you probably don't need.
