and we haven't heard anything regarding the SEC complaints



prior ACT was seeking discovery,

"We have settled with 51 warrant holders that were owed significant amounts of shares, and we're now working on finalizing a settlement with the SEC related to another matter that my predecessor put us into. So once we get all this cleaned up, we'll be doing a reverse split and a Nasdaq listing. The company has been listed on the Bulletin Board since its inception."
