Without seismic Treaty is just poking holes in the ground. Now they move 3/4 of a mile north and have no idea what lies beneath. They have no idea if there is the possibility of a trap. And how could they know how deep to drill? If there is one in the area they could miss it by 25 feet and never know it. Nobody drills exploration wells without seismic. Nobody but Treaty. You got to wonder what the real motive is.
