I think we will definitely see .14s, as even in the .15s there is not much buying pressure..however, now I am not sure that .14 will be the bottom, the last financials were worse than even I expected, in my opinion the honeymoon period with APDN is over now, I think a lot of people now understand (not just me) that mandate is not going to generate a lot of revenues and older contracts are drying up, the company is sitting on ~100M market cap with not clear pathway to profitability, this stock needs some major news like mandate expansion to stop bleeding and generate some buying pressure...
