I watched it live on our Israeli T.V just now.
I am quite sure they used these news items as
they are very catchy to the eye, but mean little
for the companys financials or reputation.
Some companies do not need too deep a check in
order to strike them off completely.
In fact i believe that 90-95% of PKs are not worth
a second look.

I admit though that some PKs are worth for some momentum
trading but definitely not for investing.
