I couldn't disagree more. Yes, they have a listing issue, but they will never use what limited funds they have to announce an open market buy-back.

I would take a guess that management doesn't believe their purchases will trigger a 40% gain in their SP and they don't care at this point about short term fluctuations.

I believe they simply feel confident in what they have with Tullow and their prospects.

I'm sure we will find out what this all means next week, but for now I'm taking it as nothing more than management believes they will make money investing in HDY at $.60.
