From my experience, and what's based in my screen shots we are seeing true market maker inventory quotes up on L2 after hours & retail quotes that are not GTC have dropped off. The only wild card is NITE but NITE has reduced his Ask quote to the base 10K from his usual 50K-80k that we saw throughout the day. Notice ETRF has dropped back o $.36 and both automatic trading desk like ATDF are gone (As expected) so this leaves today's action as what I perceive as a minimum of 80% or greater retail manipulation.
I'm going to need to really dig in the filings and look for S1 and S8B filings to find out where 2.7M shares just came from on a ticker with only 4.3M on the float. Normally I would say the float numbers are wrong, but judging from what I'm seeing on L2 right now, the 4.3M looks accurate. FYI, I have my own board on IHub and guesstimate the float based purely on L2 about 50-80 times a day so I'm familiar with what to look for.
If in fact the float is only 4.3M shares & we traded approx 2.7M shares yesterday, if there is similar volume today, and IHubers DO NOT SELL, there is a better than good chance we could lock the float. I noticed at one time the short positions on this security was substantial, so if in fact there is still a big short position it could have been shorters covering & manipulating the pps by bid and ask whacking to prevent the inevitable short squeeze. Either that or it was cross-trades but that's not likely, and retail brokers like E*trade and TD won't clear penny stock certs so it can't be that either.
That's the only sense I can make out of Tuesday's trading session, and if I'm correct.....The float is only 4.3M & those were shorts covering yesterday, today will be insane because I'm jumping in super-large to take all the .02's I can get which should only leave $.06 and above, probably before lunch. Then if the float locks, the shorts are screwed. Everyone ensure all of your shares have a pending GTC sale for $15. That way the shorts can't borrow your shares to cover their positions, which gives us Checkmate!
