As a statement in the annual report, the company states that it plans to get operating money through sale of PP shares or borrowing against shares. It admits that by that plan, they have
"lost" around 30 million dollars through the years. No surprise that they have reported few if any new borrowings or PP sales.

As an understatement it admits to doubt that it can raise money that way.

Nothing was said about selling product. But it is obvious that it has no manufacturing capability to get product to sell. It plainly says so in the filing.

So any speculation that CDEX has the slightest chance to becoming
profitable is PRIMA FACIE foolish.
