They are working with the college on a weather program. Comcast will not receive the signal from punch,the college will. This deal is shrouded in BS. Comcast office in Jackson say that they have never heard of Punch TV and they won't be on a comcast lineup. Ch. 23 is the college on campus channel,and probably where you might be able to see punch. Not much there.
