Well, I wouldn't get too excited. It also means stuff like this has a very low appeal to the store ast managers and supervisors as a whole, who see it as annoying and are forced to deal with it and find space for it, space that is at a premium in any store.

I saw things come into home depot at Christmas that never got out of the shipping racks or overheads for 2 years when, say, ME FOR INSTANCE, thought it was crap and didnt want to merchandise it when I could put something better out in the main aisle. (crappy drill bit dyi shit boxes VS metal saw horses that sold solidly every day like clock work and had the same net gain, but a lower margin).
