IVE Been Had are you surprised after Fridays Motions that we have yet to break out of this VERY tight range and start to base higher

your thoughts and any more Settlement talks? .. any progress being made or we have to wait for the Judge

personally I am still very surprised GOOG went all the way to the Jury as they had an awful case all the way after inc. Markman hearings ....all thru pre trial and during the trial... They were behind at every stage it seemed per the Judges Motions and rulings

then got clobbered with the JURY

they prob. could have settled already for less and the Final Judgement may cement a harsher penalty going forward
