Correct! MCET- in case people are not aware the brain and spinal cord (CNS) is protected by Myelin sheath. In individuals with MS the Myelin sheath is destroyed by the body's own immune system and symptoms become apparent according to the severity of it. This means that signals sent to and from the brain and spinal cord may be disrupted causing issues in coordination and such. In addition to this, Multiple Sclerosis is a leading Musculoskeletal disease that is effecting more and more people as time passes. This is why companies such as MCET, which are creating medications for diseases like MS, can become profitable in the future. The pharmaceutical industry is worth billions and being in the medicine I can say that there is a great need for research and medications for diseases that are becoming increasingly prevalent. This is why I believe MCET (MultiCell Technologies, Inc.) is headed in the right direction.
