Well, that wasnt the day I was expecting/hoping for. I sold some in the rush and then bought back when I realized that filing didnt make much sense. Only ended up losing around 20%. I guess thats why I am still trying to learn this stuff.

Common sense wise, I just dont see any reason they would file that, knowing that the pps would fall fast, if there wasnt a motive behind it. IMHO and could easily be wrong.
