In case you missed the point, you said in a previous post "Don't get mad at me, I just posted the article, I didn't write it. Argue with Tom."

I said "Athlon64 delayed until Christmas?" is not at the top of the linked page. I can only assume these are your words. Why shouldn't we assume you intended to spread FUD?

Your reply is "You're going to believe whatever you want to believe."

The rest of that reply has to do with your expectations. My concern is not what you expect to happen but how you present an article with a "misleading headline" (the part in quotes is my way of labeling the phrase "Athlon64 delayed until Christmas").

If AMD states that it is delayed then fine that is a fair title to an article. If an end user decides to look at availibility or excpectation of availability and make claims like that then I would present it as a possibility not a fact.

Your statements come off as though you know for a fact what is going to happen. Not all of your statements just some of them. The problem is that you mix your grammer enough that someone that quotes you or tries to interpret your meaning will see how commital a statement is and you will come back with the reply that you weren't being commital all along. Make up your mind. If you have facts to share, word it as though it is fact. If you are interpreting a situation and have an educated guess (no matter how close it is to the truth) don't start with a apocryphal statement that sounds like major FUD.

Which of these statements most closely resembles your intent?

It looks like Athlon 64 has been delayed again (and I'll tell you why I think so)

Athlon 64 has been delayed and I can prove it with apropriate 1st party sources (ie straight from AMD documentation)

For the record I hold some AMD. I don't know when, if, how many, etc Opterons or Athlon 64s will ship. I am concerned how it will all play out. I'd just rather spend my time doing something more productive that reading 400 posts a week back and forth over interpretations of expectations. Keep your presentation proper and people won't take offense.
