due to the Blech common shares and the SMDI conversion of preferred stock, CBS' 20% owenrship will drop to about 0.20% of ProElite, diluted 100 to 1, just like all the other current ProElite stockholders


Viacom also owns CBS who also own a substantial holding in ProElite!
