The current "dip" is based on the increasing volume the promo's generated so that the seed investors could sell their millions of shares into volume and an increase in PPS. That is about all there is to it. This is not the first time Bruce has done it. Find any shell compnay he gets, buy some shares, wait for the promo, and sell into the volume. That is about all there is too it.
