What does that have to do with halting the stock..
Thats the MM's flipping shares... they dont have any..
so they wait for someone to sell some to them at the bid, then turn around at sell them back to the guy that is buying at the ask.. they will back off if buying interest increases.. or if peeps stop selling at the bid.
