That's like saying during the first hour of a hurricane " a couple inches of rain isn't bad, we're still good". When it is obvious that it has been raining at an absurd rate and will likely continue to do so. Obviously you can't dilute 500 mil shares at one time , it is a progressive thing, and they have already progressively quadrupled the OS since the RS
