Here's the deal ... the chart is not in an uptrend at the moment. There was one green day last week that attempted to break us above .046 but it was brief and today is a reflection of the downtrend. The chart is in tact as far as moving averages and has room to run in both the daily and weekly RSI's. If buyers will take control and just freaking buy then as we generate some volume momentium the the pps will automatically slowly rise. Now, with a juicy PR then Buys could really start to come in and with a spike in volume a chase will insue. Otherwise, it's just going to be boring and I don't know about you guys but I want the CERP RUSH again ... I'm jonesing here .... GO CERP!!!!
