I was assuming this to be the case, but didn't look into it to confirm.
One thing I've always wondered about is the reasoning behind folks who had purchased CT's prior to Sept 08 at full FV or higher, deciding to sell for pennies on the dollar with a double whammy of giving up deferred divis.
I'm guessing the majority of folks on this board are here as buyers post-bankruptcy, but if there are any pre-Sep 08 holders I wish you all the luck in the world! Here's to a full recovery, and then some!
