Stoa purchases an energy business in exchangefor common stoa shares??? Wtf is a B2B company going to do with an energy busines???

So we await whatthis exclusive detailed memorandum will consist of??

I hope its huge and this stock takes off but to me I think we've been dupped big time and mm's new all about it and destroyed us longs.

That's my take. Any other thoughts?
