I have never been one to take medication. Always relied on exercise, deep breathing and some light meditation. I was recently turned on to SAME to help take the edge off of some excessive stress and pressure. I can definitely say it has helped with relieving feeling overwhelmed and elevate my mood. No side effects from what I can tell. You can buy it at Costco for about $40 for 2 month supply.
