This is considered wrong because this is a penny stock? What if he doesn't have much of a need for a "land line" because of how small the company is.

Hell, I replaced my home phone with a Google Voice phone number. I paid $39 for a device and pay nothing monthly. Ever.

If I had a business with minimal revenue OR with little demand for a land line... I'd go cheap.
