They already have. Only eight vendors are currently eligible to participate in that program. Two of them, GEM Energy and RSP Systems use Capstone units. Combined, they have submitted a dozen different system setups, all with Capstone C-65 to C-1000 units. It would normally be a bag job but you never know in New York.
