Thanks for posting that. Normally, unless stated otherwise (as seems to be the case here) the seller before the ex date would still receive the dividend. That is, of course, under normal business circumstances in which there is no deferral or bankruptcy. If neither the seller nor the new buyer receives that dividend, the unpaid dividend would reflect in the share price. However, since we are in BK and trading on the greys....we don't know how that would do such a thing. I still do not think that the new buyer will receive all past due dividends, only the ones they are entitled to. Good catch....
