Did it ever occur to anyone that they did this to distance themselves from Phytosphere while at the same time still owning it?
Not to mention the money MJNA makes when they do the IPO.
In worst case scenario if something happens to Phytosphere it comes back to Cannavest not MJNA. If things go well MJNA still is the company that profits the most. Again, win win.
Seems like smart business to me. Having a buffer to the hollding company is never a bad thing in Corporate America.
These folks are very sharp and have impressed me with everything they do. I sleep very well at nights knowing my money is in their hands.
