It's all in the filings.

If my memory is correct, Uncle Alex
gave patent to the Trust, who in turn
sold it to ATWEC. Price was $1.5M with
provisions for that number to increase
if more sales were generated.

He should have PR'd the Trust agreement
rather than a Fla. bill that died
in one day.
