Mr. Smith,

As I’m sure you already know, there was a prior PR saying that MJNA was going to release their projections yesterday 2/17/2013. What happened and when will they be released now? Please tell me before market open tomorrow…there is a lot of bad news going around on seeking alpha…As I’m sure you know of as well.

From the PR;

The Company also reported that it intends to issue its annual shareholder update for 2012 on February 17, 2013 which will include full year results as of December 31, 2012. Additionally, as part of the report, the Company plans to announce its first ever projections for 2013 and 2014.

Now with all the SA blogs by disclosed short position holders the company is working with its attorneys to answer those allegations in the annual shareholder update press release. That caused the delay in the press release which I am told will be issued by the close of business today.
