andy, I luv the potential of cerp but when the CEO said he did not want to devalue the company & protect shareholders in Dec. 2012 I believed him. Why do this now (April 2013). It is all double talk. I will wait for news & daytrade every chance I get but would never hold this stock overnight. The potential could be devastating for large shareholders. If u notice he luvs to put out 8K's after market close or on Fridays. Not good.
