Other than the $60,000 a month number from the radio interview I have not come across any other dollar numbers. Generally what you describe is the normal franchising route. My business partner and I have been looking into the franchise model for a portion of our business (non mj unfortunately). I was sceptical of franchising at first but am now a believer. It allows for very rapid expansion, and since you can dictate facility, service, and product standards, it is a great way to establish a consistent Brand. Proper branding is key to customer acceptance and good marketing.
