Have you tried buying HIMR in Canada? I don't need to know your broker or anything personal. I only ask because as far as we know, the arm is being manufactured in Canada, and is based on the design of the Canadarm used on the U.S. space shuttle. So any restrictions, if they do still exist, could be from before the management change and restructuring.
