There are two stores operating in CO. Confirmed by visits by friends

Brian Cook Managing Director of Altitude Organics stated in his radio interview with Kim Brown, http://doughja.com/the-new-entrepreneurial-question-how-to-commercialize-marijuana-responsibly/that the two stores are doing $60,000 a month in sales, however, it is not yet legal for a corporation to show those revenues. They can only be applied to the individual locations as stand alone businesses.

The business is a franchise model, with ERBB walking franchisees through the set-up process. The franchise model allows for extremely rapid growth into states that have a legal pathway to the mj trade.

Last year they did not own ProximaRF http://www.proximarf.com/ ProximaRF was privately held so no way of knowing revenues. Product line is not specific to MJ applications

PHOENIX, AZ - Feb 6, 2012 -- Tranzbyte Corporation (ERBB (OTC:PK)) announced today that it has purchased ProximaRF Technology Holding Corp. (www.proximarf.com). 6-Year-Old ProximaRF produces a versatile and leading-edge portfolio of RFID readers, tags, sensor tags, sensor probes, and RFID-enabled data logging tags based on the ISO 15693 standard of high frequency (13.56 Mhz) RFID. HF RFID is ideally suited for applications requiring a secure 1-to-1 device write and read. ProximaRF joins Altitude Organic Corporation as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tranzbyte.
