I'm in the west coast... I talked with home office they said it would be taken care of in 24 hours but it's been three days now plus one studio with internet down they said no ETA on when it would be fixed its a provider issue... I'm going to call them again in the morning... In my district it seems like It's mostly Sears but that could just be a convenient
