Seems to me right after the new year (every year) optimism runs wild. Only thing I know for sure is Iraq is sitting on a lot and I mean a lot of oil. Get that pumped, transported, sold, improve the infrastructure, and curtail some of the corruption and we gonna get paid. Will it be this year? I'd say 2013 or nothing and I've got a nice chunk of money invested here.
