I think Bechtel is probably a better analogy in this case since it's about engineering services. SIAF is acting like Bechtel charging a customer for providing engineering services and building a large plant and uses the proceeds they receive for those services to buy a 25% stake in that plant. Would you strip Bechtel from the income they receive for the engineering work and consider their investment in the plant as their "intrinsic value"?
