Don- As far as I know the answer is NO! Ean Seeb is not connected with ERBB in anyway. But, when reading the article you will see in the first paragraph.

ERBB is way out in front of this guy. Looking at this in perspective. MMJ is in it's infancy right now. We aren't even in walking and talking toddler stages yet. So much is riding on what the courts will do. What the Feds will do. etc.... All I can say about ERBB is that they have a solid business plan in place. They have the right players on their team. And they are working very carefully to operate within the law. If you haven't listened to the Brian Cook interview you yet I urge you to do so. These guys are the real deal. IMO
