Inquiring minds want to know: IS SMKY JUST A SHELL WITH NOTHING IN IT?

Those floorless debentures with conversion provisions at a discount are troublesome.

A shell holding toxic financing liabilities and nothing of real value would be worrisome. All IMHO.
